As a starting point, try 20 totes for a studio or one-bedroom, 40 for two bedrooms, 60 for three, 80 for four, or 100 for five or more. Closets, garages, books, kitchens, storage, and how much you own can change the fit substantially, so these are rough planning guides rather than capacity guarantees.

Yes. Use the same address for both or specify a different pickup location. Each trip is calculated separately from our Inverness base: the first 25 driving miles are included, and additional mileage is $2 per mile. Exact routes are confirmed before payment.

Absolutely. Clear a room for renovations, organize a shed, pack classroom supplies, prepare for guests, stage an office project, or keep event supplies together. The equipment stays at your location during the rental and is collected empty when you are finished.

Request an extension at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Approval depends on availability. Each started additional seven days uses the weekly extension price shown for your package, plus applicable tax.

No. Hello Yellow delivers and collects empty rental equipment. You provide the space to keep the totes and arrange transportation of your packed belongings when needed.

Returned equipment is emptied, cleaned, dried completely, and inspected. Each tote, lid, and dolly is either released for use, held for additional attention, or retired. Read our complete cleaning and inspection standard.

Yes. An authorized adult must be present for each confirmed delivery and pickup handoff. We do not leave rental inventory unattended.

A failed attended handoff may require a $30 additional-trip fee. When the address is outside the included mileage area, the additional trip also carries the applicable excess-mile charge. The accepted rental agreement controls the final terms.
