Hello Yellow operates helloyellowtotes.com to explain our reusable tote rentals and help visitors estimate a possible rental plan. The site does not currently create reservations, collect payments, or maintain customer accounts.

Information you enter in the planner

Name, phone, email, street address, dates, and notes entered in the rental planner remain in your browser’s page memory. They are not submitted to Hello Yellow, saved to a database, or emailed. Reloading or leaving the page clears that information.

ZIP-code estimates

Nearby ZIP codes are handled from a lookup file on the site. If a ZIP code is not in that file, the ZIP code—but not your name, street address, phone number, or email—may be sent to Zippopotam.us to estimate distance. Its handling of that request is governed by its own practices.

Website hosting information

Like most hosted websites, our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. We do not currently use advertising trackers or an analytics service on this site.

Phone calls and future services

If you call Hello Yellow, information you choose to provide is handled for the purpose of responding to you. Before online reservations or payments begin, this notice will be updated to explain the systems and service providers involved.

Your choices

You can explore the site without entering personal information. To ask a privacy question, call 727-482-4407.

Changes

We may update this notice as the website and rental service develop. The effective date above identifies the current version.
