These terms apply to helloyellowtotes.com. The website currently provides information and a planning tool; it is not yet an online reservation or payment system.

No reservation or rental agreement

Completing the planner does not submit an order, hold inventory, confirm availability, schedule delivery or pickup, create a customer account, send an email, charge a payment, or form a rental agreement. A rental will require separate confirmation from Hello Yellow and acceptance of the final rental terms.

Prices, availability, and estimates

Package prices, extensions, extras, operating assumptions, service areas, and mileage calculations shown during this launch preview are provisional. ZIP-based distance results are estimates, not final address quotes. Taxes and other approved rental terms may apply when reservations open.

How the service works

Hello Yellow delivers and collects empty rental totes and equipment. Customers pack, store, and, when applicable, transport their own belongings. The website does not promise storage or transportation of packed property.

Website content

We work to keep information useful and accurate, but the site may contain errors or change as operations are finalized. Concept imagery is identified where it does not represent opening-day equipment or facilities. Hello Yellow names, branding, artwork, Carl, videos, and site content may not be reproduced or represented as official materials without permission.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party services, including a ZIP-code lookup provider. Those services operate under their own terms and practices.
